Immersive railway engineering and high-risk operations simulation training system

Motive Force partnered with MTR Academy on a professional immersive VR training system. Built to railway operations and engineering-maintenance standards, it realistically recreates high-risk environments such as track maintenance, high-voltage power supply, and overhead line work. Trainees can practise complex procedures and emergency response in a fully safe virtual space, overcoming the time and site limits of field training while strengthening technical skill and occupational safety awareness.
