Motive Force built a next-generation immersive smart management and training system for Gammon Construction. Designed to leading construction-engineering specifications, it seamlessly combines Building Information Modelling (BIM) with real-time Internet of Things (IoT) sensor data to present live site operations and environmental indicators in a panoramic view. The system also integrates high-risk safety simulation so project teams and frontline workers can rehearse construction sequences and occupational-safety drills immersively, raising coordination efficiency and site safety standards.
