Motive Force partnered with Hong Kong Baptist University on a dedicated immersive VR system for elderly care and nursing. Built to modern geriatric-medicine and clinical-nursing standards, it faithfully recreates dementia care, chronic-disease management, and community interdisciplinary care. Students can experience older adults' physical decline and practise care procedures and communication in a zero-risk environment, strengthening empathy and professional practice in geriatric nursing education.
