IVE Tsing Yi Department of Construction — immersive BIM and GIS integrated display system
Motive Force built an immersive VR system for the IVE (Tsing Yi) Department of Construction. Designed to modern construction and spatial-information standards, it seamlessly integrates Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to present micro-scale building structure together with macro urban geography. Students and teaching teams can analyse spatial plans, rehearse construction sequences, and manage data assets, preparing engineers who can fuse smart construction with spatial data.
